BODYPUMP – 60 Minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Each individual has their own weight bar & set of plates. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!

CRT (Cardio, Resistance Training) – This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!

CYCLE & STRENGTH - Cycle & Strength....is the best of both worlds! Burn mega-calories with an intense half hour of cycling, then enjoy 30 minutes of upper body strengthening and toning! Recommended Equipment: Gel Bike Seat

CYCLE & PUMP - Let's get your heart rate lifted with a 30 segment of interval cycle training. To keep the fat burning going a 30 minute segment of BODYPUMP working your major muscle groups to feel the burn. This class will surely make you lean, strong and unstoppable.

DEEP STRETCH YOGA - Deep stretch yoga is a restorative experience. Class begins with simple warm up exercises and progresses in to Sun Salutations mixed with sustained postures targeting flexibility of specific muscle groups in and around the hips, spine, shoulders, chest and legs. Rely on the resource of your breath to compassionately relax and detoxify your body, releasing congested energy, lengthening muscles, and improving overall range of motion.

HEATED CORE YOGA - Heated Core Yoga is based upon the principles of traditional yoga while introducing fluidity of movement and breath in a moderately heated studio. Beginning with centering and gentle warm up exercises, this class builds progressively with postures that lengthen and tone all major muscle groups with special attention on core. Modifications and props are incorporated to support alignment, progression and integration. Please bring towel and bottle of water.

KICKBOXING- A great cardio workout that builds strength and confidence. It will increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. With easy to follow fun combinations that build lean muscle and burn fat.

KIDS TAE KWON DO - Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art, characterized by its fast, high and spinning kicks. They learn fast reactions through games, learn to respect others, and learn to know their abilities as well as recognize and work on their limitations. The mental and physical exercise provides discipline, concentration and helps to keep the mind and body focused on positive thoughts and activities.
Appropriate for ages 4 -14 years old.

CYCLING - High-energy cardiovascular built up of steep hill climbing, sprints and intervals. This class is a serious calorie burner while transforming the lower body. Recommended Equipment: Gel Bike Seat

THE HOLLYWOOD WORKOUT- The ultimate 60-minute celebrity workout is a results-driven, cross training experience straight from the red carpet, focusing on functional strength in an interval-training format to maximize fat loss and build long , lean muscle. (See front desk to register)

SHORESTRONG BOOTCAMP - "Get the worm" with this early morning workout. A challenging mix of cardio, resistance and weight training, with core exercises and interval training inspired by military style exercises. All fitness levels are welcome, be prepared to DO WORK!

SUNRISE BOOTCAMP - Catering to participants of all fitness levels, this moderate paced yet challenging early-morning workout begins with 15 minutes of stretch and alignment, followed by 30 minutes of peripheral heart training intervals, and 15 minutes of core-specific strengthening. “Awaken, and empower what lies within!”

SUNRISE YOGA - Wake up with equal parts energy and alignment harnessing the power of your own breath coordinated with movement. Sunrise Yoga offers you exercise variations that will synchronize your inhalation/exhalation with postures targeting strength, endurance, balance and flexibility finishing with a short meditation. Begin your day with renewed confidence and greater mental clarity.

TOTAL BODY BURN- We are going to pump you up! Great mix of cardio drills and strength training. Get your body jumping and your heart pumping with this combo class.

X-TRAINING - Get Ready For A Cardiovascular Marathon! This class will take you through specific strength circuits to improve your strength, flexibility and agility. Are you up for the Challenge?

ZUMBA- Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate your life!

ZUMBA STRENGTH - Get your Zumba dance on while strengthening your muscles. Dance like nobody's watching for 30 minutes to latin style music, followed by 30 minutes of strength training for all major muscle groups.
