AMP’D ABS - Tired of doing the same basic crunches? In just 30 minutes, an intense, rock solid AB workout for the results you want!  AB endurance movements not only working your abdominals but also strengthening your powerhouse. Amp’D Abs is a must-have in everyone’s fitness regime! Attend before or after your cardio workout.  No frills, just drills!
Appropriate for all fitness levels

BODYPUMP – 60 Minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Each individual has their own weight bar & set of plates. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!

CARDIO BUTTS & GUTS – This heart pumping lower body strengthening class does it all! 8-10 minute cardio intervals with 8-10 minute toning circuits. Work those hips, legs, buns and lower back for a super strong core and heart.

CARDIO KICK- A great cardio workout that builds strength and confidence. It will increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. With easy to follow fun combinations that build lean muscle and burn fat.

CYCLING- High-energy cardiovascular built up of steep hill climbing, sprints and intervals. This class is a serious calorie burner while transforming the lower body. Recommended Equipment: Gel Bike Seat

ENDURANCE CYCLING - This moderate intensity class focuses on challenging the body mentally and physically to be more efficient at maintaining a steady pace and heart rate, metabolizing fat and resisting fatigue. Endurance training helps increase the stamina necessary to exercise or compete for longer periods. This class is great for any endurance athletic or new runner looking to cross-train and to bring your workout to the next level.
Moderate/Intermediate fitness level

POWER RIDE - Are you looking for the ULTIMATE ride that is high energy and very intense? This is the class you have been looking for. A new powerful challenge, not your average cycling class.

SPIN & SCULPT - Spin & Sculpt....is the best of both worlds!  Burn mega-calories with an intense half hour of cycling, then enjoy 30 minutes of upper body strengthening and toning!

STRETCH & ALIGNMENT- Build core strength and improve posture with this strength and alignment class. By synchronizing breath with movement your body will become stronger and more limber while your mind becomes more relaxed and revitalized. Each class consists of physical postures and instruction in body/breath awareness. We will focus on improving posture with alignment and stretching techniques combined with exercises to support and strengthen the inner core and back.

THE HOLLYWOOD WORKOUT- The ultimate 60-minute celebrity workout is a results-driven, cross training experience straight from the red carpet, focusing on functional strength in an interval-training format to maximize fat loss and build long , lean muscle.

TOTAL BODY BLAST- We are going to pump you up! Great mix of cardio drills and strength training. Get your body jumping and your heart pumping with this combo class.

WASHBOARD ABS – Functional Core Training Class to effectively train toward that “Washboard” appearance, this class will challenge your muscles with exercise variations, progressions, postures, and equipment. You will learn “the reason behind the movement” and train your body smarter to both see and feel the results.

ZUMBA- Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate your life!

KIDFIT CLUB - Bring your children to work out with NBC’s Biggest Loser, JAY KRUGER! KidFit is a children's exercise program geared to get kids up and moving!  In this fun and social environment, kids will start with a brief warm-up and then the real fun begins.  Exercises include obstacle courses, tug of war, parachute play, and maybe a game or two of tag.  Let's get those kids up and active and bring them to KidFit today!

KIDS TAE KWON DO - Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art, characterized by its fast, high and spinning kicks. They learn fast reactions through games, learn to respect others, and learn to know their abilities as well as recognize and work on their limitations. The mental and physical exercise provides discipline, concentration and helps to keep the mind and body focused on positive thoughts and activities. 

ZUMBATOMIC - ZumbAtomic® is a blast! That’s why you’re gonna love the Zumbatomic® fitness program for kids. It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and workouts designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove. Watch their energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.
All Kids Programs are appropriate for children ages 4-12yrs old.

SENIOR STRENGTH & FLEX- This class consists of a total body workout with weights, plus a balanced list of flexibility exercises just for seniors!
