KidFit is a children's exercise program geared to get kids up and moving! In this fun and social environment, kids will start with a brief warm-up and then the real fun begins. Exercises include obstacle courses, tug of war, parachute play, and maybe a game or two of tag. Let's get those kids up and active and bring them to KidFit today!
